Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we ship internationally. However, please note that import duty and custom fees will apply. Please contact Sales@GreenLineBicycles.com for details.
Question: How can I get a shipping quote?
Answer: Please provide us with the item number and shipping zip code by calling (626) 810-3500 or via this online contact form.
Question: How can I track an LTL shipment or find out when it will arrive?
Answer: Simply email Sales@GreenLineBicycles.com with the invoice number for information.
Question: How do I track my drop ship order?
Answer: A tracking number should be sent to you via email when the order was processed. If you lost the tracking, simply email DropShip@GreenLineBicycles.com with the invoice number and we will send it to you again.
Question: Can I add a signature option to my drop ship order?
Answer: Yes, FedEx offers optional signature options for an additional fee as follows:
· $2 per package / (Indirect Signature Required)
· $3.25 per package / (Direct Signature Required)
· $4.25 per package / (Adult Signature Required)
Question: What are the box dimensions for your bicycles?
Answer: The updated Box Specifications sheet, in Microsoft Excel format, is available for download at this link.

Question: What is the warranty policy on your bicycles and parts?
Answer: There is a 90-day manufacturer warranty on defective or missing bicycle parts only. For shipping damages, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment.

Question: How long does it take to assemble a beach cruiser from the box?
Answer: It takes approximately 20 minutes to assemble a bike regardless of the model.
Question: What size spokes are on your bikes?
